Store and products • We sell security cameras, protection systems, smart locks, and accessories in Jordan. • Product descriptions and images are for illustration — colors or bundled accessories may vary by batch. • Availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice. 2. Prices and currency • All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JD) unless stated otherwise. • Prices may change before order confirmation — the price at checkout is the applicable price. 3. Orders and confirmation • Submitting an order does not automatically confirm it — we confirm after reviewing availability and address. • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing error, out of stock, or incorrect details). 4. Payment • Cash on delivery (COD) or card payment via PayTabs. • For COD, payment is due upon delivery. 5. Shipping and delivery • Our published shipping and delivery policy applies. • You are responsible for providing a clear address and valid phone number. 6. Returns and warranty • Our published returns policy applies — no change-of-mind returns; returns/exchanges only for defects or per manufacturer warranty. 7. Installation and use • Installation is optional and agreed separately. • You are responsible for lawful and safe use — including respecting others' privacy and not recording them without consent. • We are not liable for misuse or unprofessional installation by the customer or a third party. 8. Intellectual property • Store name, logo, and content are protected — may not be copied or reused without permission. 9. Limitation of liability • We strive to supply genuine products and reliable service, but are not liable for indirect damages or business losses arising from product use. 10. Law and disputes • These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. • Parties will attempt amicable resolution first — otherwise Amman courts have jurisdiction. 11.
